SLIDES

  • Exterior slide gaskets are rubber and should be conditioned every 3–4 months; they will harden if not conditioned regularly.

  • Slide rails also need to be cleaned and lubricated every 3–4 months.

JACKS

  • Jacks need to be cleaned and lubricated every 3–4 months to prevent dirt and debris from building up and working its way up into the jack assembly.

HOUSE BATTERIES

  • To achieve maximum performance and longer battery life, fluid levels in wet cell batteries should be topped at least once a month, both when the RV is in use and when it is stored.

  • The posts/terminals should be cleaned every 12 months and an anti-corrosive spray applied.

APPLIANCES

  • The refrigerator, water heater, and furnace have exterior burner assemblies — in these areas dirt, spider webs, mud dabber nests, bee/wasp nests, rust, and debris develop and collect.

  • This debris build-up poses a fire hazard for you and your RV, and also bogs down the systems to eventually cause component failure.

  • These burner assemblies should be cleaned out every 12 months at minimum.

  • Appliance service also includes cleaning stovetop burners and changing interior A/C filters.

ROOFTOP SEALANTS

  • Inspect your rooftop sealant every 6 months for cracks and voids in the sealant.

  • The sealant is applied around all rooftop objects and along all rooftop seams, including the radius where the roof and coach sidewalls meet.

  • When cracks develop, it’s a sign the sealant is breaking down. When you see voids, it’s time to have the sealant removed and a new coat applied.

Due to voids & cracks in sealant:
All components cut into the roof have a rubber-like sealant around plumbing vents, skylights, other vents, ladder mounts, antennas, marker lights, etc.
Over time, it stretches (expands and contracts with temperature changes and flexing of the unit) and dry rots, creating voids that can allow water to enter the roof line.
We scrape all old and loose sealant up and re-seal all components on the roof and roof radius (where the roof meets the sidewall) with new sealant to prevent water leaking inside the unit and roof damage.

BODY SEALANT SERVICE

  • The body needs to be re-sealed — basically everything from the roof line down where there is a seam (around windows, vents, moldings, or anything cut into the side of the RV).

  • The sealant starts to gap and form voids, allowing water to get into the side walls and eventually cause leaks inside or delamination.

  • We scrape all the loose sealants off and re-seal with new sealant.

ROOF AC SERVICE

  • The A/C should be cleaned at least once every 12 months.

  • Check the A/C cover, inspect for leaks, ensure fins are straight, clean coils, and replace or clean filters to help efficiency and airflow.

Refrigerator Service- $99

Recommended annually to maintain trouble-free operation and long life. Verify unit is airtight in compartment;
refrigerator is properly vented (roof and sidewall); clean and adjust burner and orifice; inspect and test all door
seals; check LP pressure and proper voltage; clean roof vent and check baffle.

Water Heater Service – $119

Recommended annually for operating safety and fuel efficiency. Check condition of anode rod; check relief valve;
adjust burners and electrodes; check thermocouple; check module board; check complete operation; check
burner assembly remove nests, bugs, webs.

Aqua Hot Service – $595

Remove burner, clean interior chamber, clean & test photo eye, clean photo disc, align and clean.

Furnace Service – $99

Perform annually for operating safety and fuel efficiency. Clean main burner orifice; clean blower wheel;
clean/Inspect/Adjust electrode assembly; test module board/inspect and clean board contacts; clean and inspect
combustion chamber; inspect fan motor; clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casing.

Battery Service – $199

Top off fluids, clean terminals and posts, test amps/volts, and apply anti-corrosive, top off w/ distilled water as
needed (up to 4 batteries).

Wheel Bearing Service – $259 per Axle

Recommended annually to prevent bearing and brake failure. Bearing Packs include inspecting brake shoes,
bearings and magnets; clean and repack wheel bearings; adjust brake linings as needed; verify the operation of
the electric brake magnets and break-away switch.

Roof Re-Seal $40 a foot

crape all old and loose sealants from around all items that are cut into the top of the roof – plumbing vents,
skylights, vents, antenna, and marker lights and re-seal w/ new sealant.

Body Re-Seal $45 a foot

We would scrape all the loose sealants off roof line down and re-seal w/ new sealant.
