Platinum mobile service is one of the finest RV repair services I have ever come across. They were very helpful over the phone and the visit was very professional. We had a slide on our fifth wheel that would not operate properly. It would go out stop re-press the button go out a little more and stop. I took it to Lazy Days. They gave me an estimate of $4500 to repair it replacing both motors and the controller. I called RV platinum mobile service and Ellen set me up an appointment with Justin to come out and give me an estimate. Justin came out did about 1 and 1/2 hour diagnosis with his vault meter. He swapped the left motor with the right motor and when he did, he found the bad connection in the wiring harness, and after saving $3800, he fixed the problem. Ellen is very easy to work with and keeps you informed. Justin really knows his RVs and he’s very good with a voltmeter. I highly recommend this company. This company is the best. Wonderful service, quick response, very very knowledgeable about all things rv. We had a strange occurence while traveling and all our 12 volt services went out. We spoke to Firefly got the parts they thought we needed then hired Ellen and Justin to do the repair fantastic job. We also hired them to service our Aquahot did that and took the time to explain everything to my husband so he understood more about the coach. I can't recommend this company enough. We had both our ac units go out of our travel trailer we reached out rv  platinum mobile service and they came out the next day and verified both units were shot. We told Ellen we thought we still had a warranty on them and without even asking Ellen helped us get thru the warranty process and within a week we had new ac units installed and running with no cost to us except their small service fee
