AC Service
Recommended annually to improve performance and operating.
efficiency. Examine shroud for cracks and damage; check compressor voltage; check compressor amperage;
remove and clean A/C filter; clean and unclog A/C roof drains; check air temperature drops across the evaporator
coil.
Jack Service –
Treat lock cylinders, lubricate moving components on exterior.
Slide Service
Recommended annually to keep slide out rooms operating smooth. Lubricate tracks and gear slide mechanism;
treat the rubber bulb seals and wipers; inspect slide out alignment, toppers, and seals.
Refrigerator Service
Recommended annually to maintain trouble-free operation and long life. Verify unit is airtight in compartment;
refrigerator is properly vented (roof and sidewall); clean and adjust burner and orifice; inspect and test all door
seals; check LP pressure and proper voltage; clean roof vent and check baffle.
Water Heater Service
Recommended annually for operating safety and fuel efficiency. Check condition of anode rod; check relief valve;
adjust burners and electrodes; check thermocouple; check module board; check complete operation; check
burner assembly remove nests, bugs, webs.
Aqua Hot Service
Remove burner, clean interior chamber, clean & test photo eye, clean photo disc, align and clean.
Furnace Service
Perform annually for operating safety and fuel efficiency. Clean main burner orifice; clean blower wheel;
clean/Inspect/Adjust electrode assembly; test module board/inspect and clean board contacts; clean and inspect
combustion chamber; inspect fan motor; clean and inspect vent tubes and outer casing.
Battery Service
Top off fluids, clean terminals and posts, test amps/volts, and apply anti-corrosive, top off w/ distilled water as
needed (up to 4 batteries).
Wheel Bearing Service
Recommended annually to prevent bearing and brake failure. Bearing Packs include inspecting brake shoes,
bearings and magnets; clean and repack wheel bearings; adjust brake linings as needed; verify the operation of
the electric brake magnets and break-away switch.
Roof Re-Seal a foot
crape all old and loose sealants from around all items that are cut into the top of the roof – plumbing vents,
skylights, vents, antenna, and marker lights and re-seal w/ new sealant.
Body Re-Seal a foot
We would scrape all the loose sealants off roof line down and re-seal w/ new sealant.
